DESCRIPTION:Alabama Arise will host a community conversation at Boxcar in Opelika on Feb. 28 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event will provide information on parole education\, HR 1 (aka One Big Beautiful Bill Act)\, SNAP (also known as food stamps) and other community empowerment resources. \nSign-in starts at 10:30 a.m. We then will listen to community members’ concerns\, joys and ideas.
